Storage facilities
Pentarch Forestry has secured a dedicated storage site and also makes use of the common storage area at the Wellington Port and has contracts with marshalling and stevedoring service providers.
SuperCargo
Pentarch Forestry employs highly trained Supercargoes to manage the loading of both Pentarch and third party chartered vessels.
The role of the Supercargo is to ensure:
- Maximum vessel uplift is achieved on all vessels
- Vessels are loaded in accordance with the principal’s instructions
- The loading process is completed quickly and any issues are managed to ensure the best outcome for all concerned
- Lowest possible shipping cost is achieved
